From modest beginnings to approximately 100 employees in two states and five locations, the journey of Abt Business Technologies is a testament to hard work, creative and positive vision and detailed execution.

Dave Sandlers
​​Operations Manager

Dave is the Operations Manager at Abt Business Technologies and brings over twenty years' experience in business to the team.

His qualifications in business, tourism and event management and business management experience in businesses ranging from warehousing to logistics and distribution, and security operations give Dave a unique perspective on HR matters and business operations.

Relishing in the management of people, assessing business viabilities and the procuring of finance for startups, business ideas and incubators, Dave has become a 'jack of all trades' within Abt Business Tech.

Dave was born in Melbourne, Australia and moved with his wife and young children to Galena, Illinois in 2016.  He joined the Abt team in 2018 and thrives in the fast moving pace of the business and the people he works with.
